Shahrukh Khan’s ‘Happy New Year’ broken all the previous records earned 45 crore on its opening, as expected Diwali release took a flying start at the box office.

The Farah Khan directorial got a massive response from audience; the film surpassed the expectation of 30-35 crore on its first day, the film collected 45 crore shattered the record of Aamir Khan’s Dhoom 3 which earned 36 crore on 1st day, released on charismas last year.

The film not only broke the historic opening record but also will be expected to touch 100 crore soon to make a record to earn so much in first three days.
