Melissa Files Suit against Endoscopy for Death of Her Mother, Joan Rivers

New York: Melissa Rivers has filed a lawsuit for death of her mother Joan Rivers against doctors and endoscopy where was treating.

According to latest news the American actress and television host has filed a lawsuit against the doctors and clinic where her mother had been treating and then died, stating that they all has been responsible for death of Joan Rivers.

Melissa gave a statement about the New York Endoscopy that level of medical negligence, disrespect, incompetency, and disgraceful behavior is shocking and frankly, almost inexplicable, seems to be very strong case against the clinic where Joan had went into emergency and passed away.

The 47-year-old gave a statement that suing decision is not much easy but she has to do it as her mother has been died due to clear negligence of endoscopy, she went for routine surgery never woke up over criminal carelessness of doctors.

Medical reports suggested that The Tonight Show starrer Joan Rivers has been died of brain damage following lack of oxygen which stopped her breathing during normal throat surgical treatment at the Yorkville Endoscopy in New York on September, 4 in age of 81.

A federal investigation has instructed for the incident by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services which report stated that Yorkville Endoscopy has been found failing to keep proper medication records of Rivers and also failed to take essential prerequisites compulsory before going surgical operation.
