Shrikant Shivade, lawyer for Bollywood’s super star Salman Khan car accident case has argued on Friday one of the victims could have died cause of crash of the car going down by being lifted by a crane, talks of lawyer turned case in another angle into continued re-trial.

Mr. Shivade described Judge Deshpande that Salman’s car is about weighed around 3,000 kg and if we consider postmortem report so it shows, victim Sharif was crushed by some heavy material which fell on him with great force.

While estimating Sharif’s death the 49-year-old actor’s lawyer said, “Can a person in such a condition cry for help,” as his body was completely crushed when the incident took place.
