  جاہل فضل الرحمن قرآن مجید کو غلط سلط، بار بار پیچھے کر کے پرھے جا رہا تھا:اصل آیات یہ ہیں: قُلْ أَطِيعُوا اللَّـهَ وَأَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ ۖ فَإِن تَوَلَّوْا فَإِنَّمَا عَلَيْهِ مَا حُمِّلَ وَعَلَيْكُم مَّا حُمِّلْتُمْ ۖ وَإِن تُطِيعُوهُ تَهْتَدُوا ۚ وَمَا عَلَى الرَّسُولِ إِلَّا الْبَلَاغُ الْمُبِينُ ﴿٥٤﴾ وَعَدَ اللَّـهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَعَمِلُوا الصَّالِحَاتِ لَيَسْتَخْلِفَنَّهُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ كَمَا اسْتَخْلَفَ الَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ وَلَيُمَكِّنَنَّ لَهُمْ دِينَهُمُ الَّذِي ارْتَضَىٰ لَهُمْ وَلَيُبَدِّلَنَّهُم مِّن بَعْدِ خَوْفِهِمْ أَمْنًا ۚ يَعْبُدُونَنِي لَا يُشْرِكُونَ بِي شَيْئًا ۚ وَمَن كَفَرَ بَعْدَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُولَـٰئِكَ هُمُ الْفَاسِقُونَ ﴿٥٥﴾ النور کہہ دو کہ خدا کی فرمانبرداری کرو اور رسول خدا کے حکم پر چلو۔ اگر منہ موڑو گے تو رسول پر (اس چیز کا ادا کرنا) جو ان کے ذمے ہے اور تم پر (اس چیز کا ادا کرنا) ہے جو تمہارے ذمے ہے اور اگر تم ان کے فرمان پر چلو گے تو سیدھا

  there is a glitch in the video with a portion of video cut… Watch closely at the clock along the PTV logo…. So i guess you made a mistake in calling him jahil and accusing him wrongly of not reciting quran correctly… You can have any opinion about his politics but he still is an islamic scholar.

  I saw the video carefully again. He was actually intermixing and quitting the words, you can pick the Quran see yourself (24 surah 54 to 55 verse). He is a pseudo Islamic (Alim e Soo) scholar. By his deeds he is a 100% munifq, hypocrite scholar, even his some act are approaching heresy, kufur. For rest of the people: See awesome at 0:21s
