Mumbai: The family drama movie of Karan Johar’s Kapoor & Sons starring Fawad Khan, Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt, shooting has began on Sunday.

Produced by Karan Johar Kapoor & Sons shooting has began on Sunday featuring Pakistani actor Fawad Khan and young cast Sidharth Malhotra and Alia Bhatt as lead cast including the well known Bollywood celebrity Rishi Kapoor in pivotal role.

Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra has shared screen in their debut film Student of the Year which has been also produced by Karan while Fawad is making first appearance with both of them.

Fawad Khan is doing second Indian film last appeared in romantic-comedy film Khoobsurat opposite Sonam Kapoor in which his acting was well appreciated by critics and audience.

Sources revealed that Pakistani actor Khan has some reservation with script of the movie as they don’t want to lock his lips on screen with someone and he refused for doing intimate scenes with Alia Bhatt, therefore, script has been little modified on his demand.

The multitalented Karan Johar has numerous accolades under his belt, is moving towards another hit film in his production career while he will be seen in Anurag Kashyap directorial Bombay Velvet which is slated to hit the cinemas on May, 15.
