Pakistani Spinner Saeed Ajmal Is Out Of World Cup Squad
Karachi: PCB chairman Shaharyar Khan has stated that Saeed Ajmal decided to not participate in World Cup; he announced his decision in coming days.
According to media Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Shaharyar Khan has said while talking to British media that Pakistani off-spinner Saeed Ajmal has decided to not participate in World Cup, the decision was Ajmal’s own and he will announce it in press conference in next few days.
He has decided not to play the series of matches with New Zealand and Australia and also not going for his test in England in near future, the experts also suggested that more time is required to alter the bowling action of Saeed, PCB chairman added.
Talking about Muhammad Hafeez Shehryar Khan said that his test has been scheduled in India and then from England by ICC, that Hafeez will pass both of tests then added to squad for World Cup.
Local media reported that decision of Saeed has not finalized yet and high level meeting of PCB members held to discuss the participation of Saeed Ajmal in the squad as he is the great addition for victory of Pakistan in the World Cup.
