The fraud case filed in Kolkata against the Indian film industry’s renowned sexiest actress-filmmaker Shilpa Shetty and in the answer on Monday to respond to FIR against her, took Twitter to reply.

She tweeted while declaring it crazy news, “I dare this Manoj Jain 2submit proofs 2 his ridiculous claims .His 2minute Fame can’t b @ the cost of my hard earned reputation”

She further posted comment that it is ridiculous act and looking legal advice–. He is a defaulter &clearly trying to do fraud. She doesn’t care because she is not a sinner.

A fraud case was filed by a Kolkata-based company on Saturday, against Shilpa alleging that it was deceitfully induced to invest Rs.9 crore in a company conducted by her, security officials told media on Sunday.

In terms of complaint, “Shilpa and others allegedly induced the complainant company to invest a sum of Rs.9 crore with the promise of 10 times return against the invested amount within two years”.

The case was registered by M.K. Media Private Limited’s additional director Debashis Guha against Shilpa and Ripu Sudan Kundra of Essential Sports and Media Private Limited and the initiative investigation has started by police.

Deputy Commissioner of Police Murli Dhar stated media, Shilpa’s company charged with cheating, criminal breach of trust, criminal conspiracy, extortion and criminal intimidation, complaint has filed.

The company, who has registered complaint against her, it claimed against the investment of Rs.9 crore, was assigned 30 lakh equity shares which were later stated to be false, said Dhar.

On the hand, 39-year-old actress and her filmmaker husband Raj Kundra both signed a project with Akshay Kumar,47. Seductive beauty Shilpa, who has been acting for years about years ago conducting a production house with Kundra.
