Biography

Sidharth Malhotra is an Indian actor who started his career through modeling and now he has become a popular star of Bollywood. He started his acting career with the support of Karan Johar in Student Of The Year with costars Varun DHawan and Alia Bhatt. He also received an award of the best actor as well and then he did Kapor & Sons with Alia Bhatt.

Sidharth Malhotra is quite handsome and he was also born on 16^th January, 1985 at the house of Rimma Malhotra and Sunil Malhotra in Delhi. The name of his elder brother is Harshad Malhotra and he works in a banking industry. His father worked in an Indian Merchant navy and his mother was a housewife. He chose the career of modeling at the age 16.

Education

Sidharth Malhotra did his primary till eighth standard from the Don Bosco and then went to Naval Public School. He continued his education from B.Com to onwards in Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University and then started doing modeling for pocket money and for fun.

Family

Sidharth Malhotra is from an educated family and a Punjabi family where father of this man worked in the Merchant navy and got retirement before 15 years and then got inclined towards the consultancy. The elder brother of Sidharth worked as a banker by his profession.

Sidharth started his career in this glam world at the age of 16 while he was shooting for a modeling act and he then left studies and wished to continue his career of modeling. He got selected to become a part of a contract as he was initially working as a lead in the film of Anubhav Sinha and then the contract was cancelled.

He participated in pageant of Mr. Gujrat and won it. he then applied in the Gladrags Mega  Model & Manhunt which made him popular by becoming a part of it. he won this contest of Mega – Model & Manhunt in 2007 as a runner up.
