Teen Killed A Classmate And Took Selfie With The Body

A teen from Pennsylvania shot a class fellow in the face and then took a selfie with the body of the dead Ryan Magnan.

According to reports a 16 year old Ryan Magnan of Pennsylvania was shot in the face by his friend Maxwell Morton. The deceased’s body was discovered by his mother in their Jeannette, Pa., home on Wednesday.

The teen has been charged with the murder of Ryan Magnan. The suspect send the picture of him taken with the body of the dead Ryan Magnan to another class fellow through SnapChat, a social media application that deletes pictures seconds after they are sent.

The suspect also sent a text that said, “Told you I cleaned up the shells” and “Ryan was not the last one,” according to the AP. The receiver saved the pictured before it got deleted. This proved to an important evidence for bringing charges against the suspect.

The mother of the teen (receiver) contacted police and informed about the text message and the picture suspect had sent to her son. Police raided the house of the suspect and found a 9mm handgun hidden under the basement steps also that suspect confessed killing Magnan and taking a selfie with his body.

Westmoreland County District Attorney John Peck told the Tribune-Review it was the first time he had seen a selfie of a suspect with a dead victim. Peck said the photo was, “a key piece of evidence that led investigators to the defendant.”

The suspect is charged with homicide and a firearms count. Suspect failed to claim juvenile detention centre in Westmoreland County.

Magnan’s friend have gathered to comfort each other and Magnan’s family as they grieved for his loss, and described Magnan as a fun loving and funny guy.
