ISIS Video Claims Beheaded American Hostage Peter Kassig
The ISIS has decapitated the American hostage Peter Kassig. This was announced by the Islamic state in a new video posted on several jihadist websites: In the movie you see an Executioner, with their faces covered, standing next to a severed head.
In the same video, there are also 15 Syrian soldiers beheaded. In the movie, the jihadists, and soldiers walking one behind the other. At one point, the terrorists take a large knife, make them kneel and then kill the victim.
From the video showing the beheading of American Kassig seems that the Executioner is once again the ‘jihadi John’, the British-accented man who has already killed the British David Haines and Alan Henning and Americans James Foley and Steven Sotloff.
This was written by SkyNews stating that it is still unclear when the video was filmed. The ‘jihadist John’, as reported by the Mail on Sunday, has been wounded in a US air strike . The man was struck during a meeting of the leaders of the Isis in an Iraqi town near the border with Syria last week. The British Foreign Office has not been able to confirm this information.
Kassig, 26, was named Abdul Rahman / Peter since he had converted to Islam . He was abducted October 1 while he was in Syria, where he worked as a humanitarian worker. Former Rangers, after taking courses to become a medical assistant, he moved to Lebanon, where he founded the non-profit organization Evening (Special Emergency Response and Assistance).
It was addressed directly to the Caliph Abu Bakr al Baghdadi Isis to ask him to “speak” the mother of Peter Kassig, the American hostage that the jihadists in a video today claim to have beheaded. “I’m trying to get in touch with the Islamic state about the fate of my son.
I am an old woman and Abudl Rahman (Peter’s name after converting to Islam, ed) and ‘my only son. My husband and I are alone, without any help from the government. We would like to talk to you. How can we reach you? “, the appeal that the mother of Kassig had posted on Twitter on 9 October.
Deep disdain for the beheading of Kassig was expressed by Foreign Minister Gentiloni , which condemned the beheading of American jihadists by Isis. “My condolences and my sympathy go to the family of the victim and the government and the American people,” said the minister.
