Proceeds from Revival Tour Will Be Donated to Lupus Research: Selena Gomez
In 2013, Selena Gomez was diagnosed with lupus which made her to under take some chemotherapy treatments. Due to these reasons, she voided some parts of her Stars Dance Tour. Presently, after almost 3 years, Gomez is ready to leave on the Revival Tour.According to her representative, she will donate incomes from every ticket to the Alliance for Lupus Research,this time.
ALR is a voluntary national organization for health, Based in New York, whose purpose is to find better cures and eventually prevent lupus. According to Gomez’s camp, ALR was chosen due to its broad reach. Gomez exposeda Billboard cover story about her lupus diagnosis.
Her Revival Tour is about to start in Las Vegas on Friday. She is excited to get back on the stage and become the focus of attention. Gomez says,“This show is so centered on me, and I mean that in a way of confidence, of strength”. She says that the show holds a beautiful feel for her and it is all about her. “So if I wanted to come in one day and say I want to change [a song in the show] or add this, I can do that”. She furthers says that it is the 1sttime she will be able to do in her whole life, and she feels awesome about it. She further adds that she wants to make sure that she tries all the dance moves.

She said that there was so much she wanted to prove to herself for that tour and that was just based on her.It was based on her voice, it was based on what she says to her crowd. “That’s all I really want,” she says.
Regarding settling the show’s list, the super star said that she held a “clear vision” for her tour.She said that more than 70% of her audience was the people,who had been with her from the start, but she knew that a major portion would be individuals who had never been her concerts before;therefore she had obviously kept that under consideration.
Gomez seemed very excited for the recent version of “Come and Get It” that she was going to perform in her show for her fans.
