Home Remedies To Cure For Autoimmune Diseases

This autoimmune disease has many other conditions on which this immune system attacks and all these healthy cells become slow. They also become unable to distinguish between the harmful entities and the bacteria.

Some of the top 10 home remedies for this autoimmune disease include

1) Turmeric


Turmeric has different substances which are called curcumin and the suppression of inflammation in enzymes boosting in the disease which are autoimmune like ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease and arthritis.
According to the study of 2005 which was published in “Digestive Diseases & Sciences”states that
“Patients who suffer from Crohn’s disease and the ones who suffer from this ulcerative colitis get the doses of pure curcumin”
The patients of colitis showed the reduction of dependence of medication. The patients of Crohn’s disease have minimized intensity of disease.
1. Take a cup of milk and mix it with turmeric powder and then it simmer for some time. Drink this on daily basis           before you go to bed.
2. As an alternative, 500 mg of this turmeric supplement is to be taken for about 3 times in a day. To do this, you are     required to consult your doctor.
3. Also add some amount of turmeric in your meal.

2) Ginger


These properties of autoimmune in ginger help in dealing with the diseases of autoimmune. It minimizes the inflammation and it causes problems in it with the diseases in autoimmune.
1.  Take a cup of water and mix it with ginger and its slices. Keep it aside and let it settle down for few minutes. Strain      it and add in it some amount of honey and lemon juice to develop some taste. Drink tea for about 3 times in a day.
2.  Also add ginger in it and cook it well.

3) Coconut Oil


According to the study of 2010 which was published in “Pharmaceutical Biology”states that
“Virgin coconut oil has anti – inflammatory properties and also the properties of analgesic which relieves pain”
It gives a treatment which is effective for the autoimmune diseases of inflammation. It deals with spondylitis, Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.
According to the study of 2008 which was published in “Scandinavian Journal of Gastroenterology” states that
“The patients with ulcerative colitis and Crohn’s disease are with the excessive fungus and they also build up their digestive tracts and it causes inflammation”
Coconut oil has lauric acid in it and it fights with the bacteria which promotes disease and also build up their diseases. This coconut oil also has fatty acids in it and it also promotes the patient’s metabolism with this Hashimoto thyroid.
1.  Take at least 3 tbsp. of coconut oil and apply it on face on daily basis then it can protect you from inflammation.
2.  Spondylitis and arthritis pain can be applied on the areas which are affected and by applying this for about 3                times to enhance the lubrication then the stiffness minimizes. Massage your body further to get more relief.

4) Aloe Vera


Aloe Vera has got salicyclic and lupeol acid which has analgesic effect and also some chemical compounds like fatty acids and it also has got anti – inflammatory properties like fatty acids which have anti – inflammatory effect.
According to the study of which was published in “Journal of Autoimmune Diseases & Rheumatology”states that
“Aloe Vera helps in the regulation of metabolism and it proves to be quite effective in the Hashimoto thyroid and Grave’s disease”
1.  Take a leaf from the plant of aloe Vera and cut it in the length and then scoop out this gel in a bowl.
2.  Take a glass of water and then put some tbsp. of extracted gel of aloe Vera and then blend it in a juicer with lemon       juice.
3.  Blend it for at least a minute.
4.  Take some amount of juice which is recommended to you by the doctor.

The consumption of Aloe Vera increases which upsets the gut and it is good if you consult with your doctor and check the quantity of juice of aloe Vera which you consume on daily basis.

5) Pineapple


This pineapple has enzymes which are called bromelain and it has got anti – inflammatory properties.
According to the study of 2005 which was published in “Clinical Immunology”states that
“Patients with this ulcerative colitis where diseases remain unaffected largely with the conventional therapies of medical and they were reported with the remission at the consumption of the doses on daily basis with the bromelain purely”
The bromelain present in the pineapples provide relief to the anti – inflammatory autoimmune disease and these diseases include spinal spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis.
1.  Take a dice of fresh pineapple and cut it in small pieces and then peel them off. Refrigerate this for about 20                  minutes and consume it on daily basis.
2.  As an alternative, take fresh pineapple and then put pieces of this turmeric root in this juicer. Blend it for at least a minute. Take this juice as a drink for at least 3 times in a day to minimize the inflammation.
Point To Be Noted
If you have ulcer in stomach and you take thinner of blood like warfarin and aspirin to avoid consumption of pineapple or the pure extract of bromelain to interact with the drugs.

6) Fish Oil

This fish oil has fatty acids in which has got anti – inflammatory properties. It eases the stiffness and joint pain and also it helps in minimizing the medication dependency in all kind of patients along with the rheumatoid arthritis.

1.  Take 2 tsp of fish oil and consume it on daily basis.
2.  Also take at least 500 mg of this fish oil capsule on daily basis.
3.  For this spondylitis pain and rheumatoid arthritis, few drops of this fish oil should be taken for bath and it needs        to be soaked in water for about 3 times on weekly basis.

7) Cayenne Pepper

Cayenne pepper has got pain relieving substance which is known as capsaicin.
After the consumption of cayenne pepper, it needs to be applied topically and this capsaicin prevents all the activities in the chemical body which transmits signals of pain in the brain.
Due to this, cayenne pepper becomes effective for this spinal spondylitis pain and rheumatoid arthritis. It helps in improving the circulation of blood in the whole body which greases the stiff joints and back.
1.  Take at least a tsp of organic honey and cayenne pepper. Take at least 3 spoons full on daily basis.
2.  As an alternative, take cayenne pepper and drink this on daily basis.
3.  As an addition, the problems arise due to the spondylitis pain and rheumatoid arthritis. Mix this with cayenne pepper and also with coconut oil. Apply this mixture on the joints for about 3 times on daily basis to get relief.

As it is known that the anti – inflammatory properties in the capsaicin enhances with the permeability in intestine and it becomes easy for the bacteria to come in this gut and it becomes harmful for the Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.

8) Apple Cider Vinegar

1.  Take apple cider vinegar in a glass.

4.  Take it two times in a day so you may able to have ginger slices every day.

9) Cinnamon

Cinnamon is a good remedy for the diabetes patients and the patients who suffer from high blood pressure. It helps in the treatment of diseases of autoimmune.

“The cinnamon produces in Sri Lanka is one of the ingredient which has many varieties and it is an ingredient which has got many type of effective properties which are anti – inflammatory. It treats rheumatoid arthritis and chronic disease”

1.  Take cinnamon powder and mix it with organic honey and also put a glass of water in it. Drink this on daily basis.
2.  As an addition in it, spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis gives relief to the patient. Take some amount of                      cinnamon and mix it with honey. Apply this on the areas which are affected and apply it for about 3 times in a day.

10) Oregano Oil

Oregano oil has got anti – inflammatory properties and it proves to be an important treatment which deals with the diseases of autoimmune and the diseases like spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis.
1.  Take few drops of oregano oil and put it in the glass of water and also put some juice over it. take this on daily              basis.
2.  As an addition, spondylitis and rheumatoid arthritis is used to take some drops of oil and apply this on the body           parts which cause aches.
