Obama Plans to Increase US Security Forces in Iraq
Washington: US president Barack Obama decided to increase the number of American troops in Iraq, embattled with Islamic state.
International media reported that President Obama gave approval to increase the security personnel by sending up to 1500 more troops in Iraq.
US military authorities stated that increase in security force, will help the Iraqi soldiers by fighting alongside with them against the extremist of Islamic State, sending more troops to Iraq can facilitate to expand the Obama campaign against ISIS.
The prime purpose of America and anti-Islamic state allies is to completely demolish and wipe out Islamic state terror group from Iraq, in Syria US forces embattled with ISIS militants to destroy them.
President Obama asked for 1.6 billion to fund the military personnel decided to send in Iraq, he addressed to congress first time after midterm elections in which Republicans captured the major seats of senate rather than that of Obama’s Democrats.
Pentagon spokesman Rear Admiral John Kirby stated the first installment of 5.6 billion dollars would be needed approval as soon as possible before the troops go for Iraq.
