Syria 30 Jihadists Killed In Fighting With Kurdish Forces
At least 30 jihadist organization Islamic State were killed Thursday in fighting against Kurdish forces in the north-eastern Syria, reported the Syrian Observatory of Human Rights (OSDH).
The fighting between the jihadists of IE fighters of People’s Protection Units (YPG, main Syrian Kurdish militia) to Qassiab in the province of Hasakeh, according to the NGO.
YPG managed Thursday to resume the resort, conquered two days earlier by the EI adds the OSDH, stating that the Kurdish militia had lost three fighters.
Moreover, the Syrian Air Force conducted raids on Al-Bab and Qbassine two localities controlled by the EI in the province of Aleppo north, leaving at least 12 dead and dozens injured.
The conflict in Syria has claimed more than 200,000 lives since it was launched in March 2011 by the bloody repression of anti-government protests. More than three million people have fled the country, while more than seven million were displaced within the country.
