Yemen Bomb Attack Against The Shiite Militia In Sanaa, 6 Injured
Permanence of the Shiite militia Ansaruallah Monday in Sanaa was the target of a bomb attack, which was 6 wounded, according to a source within the security services.
The explosive, placed at the entrance of a permanence of Shiite militiamen, called Houthi, in the center of Sanaa, was remotely operated early in the morning, the source said without being able to identify the perpetrators of the attack.
The six injured are members of popular committees, name under which act Houthi militia since they conquered the capital on September 21, during a lightning offensive launched last year and which allowed them to expand their influence in central and western Yemen.
On Sunday, a bomb attack killed four people, including a journalist working for a Ansaruallah of television, Dhamar, south of Sanaa, according to authorities. The attack was claimed by al Qaeda.
On Wednesday, at least 49 people were killed in a suicide bombing that targeted supporters of the Shiite militia during a religious ceremony in Ibb, in the center of Yemen, according to hospital sources.
The Sunni extremist network well established in Yemen particularly in the south and southeast, has vowed to fight a battle without thank you to Ansaruallah and tries to mobilize Sunni tribes to defeat the progress of the Shiite militia to other regions of Yemen.
