In Northeast Nigeria Boko Haram Kills 48 Fish Vendors
Nigeria: According to reports Islamist militants Boko Haram killed 48 fish seller at the border of Chad in northeast Nigeria on Thursday.
International media reported that 48 fishermen have been killed by Islamists militants from Nigeria, Boko Haram group slaughtered many of them while other were tied up their hand and legs before drowning in the lake of chad.
Abubakar Gamandi stated about killing that Boko Haram militants blocked the linking route of Chad and Nigeria near the fishing village of Doron Baga, killed all the vendors of fishes who were going to buy fish.
The killing were made on Thursday but reported on Sunday as these militants also demolished cell phone coverage zones in the area, however the motive of this massacre still not clear that either they want to robbed the residents or just showed their extremism as Boko Haram fighters already killed many of civilians indiscriminately.
Boko Haram group who have hold on more than two dozen towns in Nigeria’s northeast till now, have been killed up to 13000 people and many of resident were kidnapped since insurgency started in 2009.
