Johnny Depp’s Wife Amber Heard has to wait until November to have day in court regarding to importing dogs to Australia Illegally during May.
Hollywood Actress Amber Heard was called on Monday to South port Magistrates court in Queensland for replying the two allegations against her, one is about the illegal import of dogs and second for the wrong documents.
According the reports of media famous actress didn’t appear in the court on the calling date and the case is dismissed until 2 November, and according the resources case will be finished in upcoming November.
Reports about the punishment for the specific charges are 10 year jail or heavy fine for smuggling of dogs with an illegal method and 1 year jail or up to 7500 Dollars fine for falsifying the documents.
Matter was start in May when this couple comes to Australia for visiting with their pets on a shooting set, but after that both the stars were unable to describe the presence of dogs with them to custom officers.

Australian authorities said them to return back the Boo and Pistol to U.S in 72 hours but they fly back to U.S in a private Jet. According the Australian rules, pet owner has to pay the entrance fee to the government which hasn’t paid by her in this case.
