Microsoft Lumia 640 and bigger size 640 XL will be reportedly available at United States AT&T this month, the Lumia 640 is set to unveil in next week while Lumia 640 XL at last week of this month.

Microsoft’s most awaited devices Lumia 640 and Lumia 640 XL will be offered at AT&T in this months, the Lumia 640 is expected to launch in the first week of the month while its bigger size model Lumia 640 XL is available in the last week of June.

Lumia 640 is already selling exclusively at in the Cricket network costing $129.99 though it XL is not be unveiled by Microsoft anywhere.

The latest reported speculated that it is likely that Lumia 640 will be offered first possibly in the next week at AT&T in United States for the price tag of $100 while it is also rumored that the latest device will also be launched at T-Mobile on July 17.

Microsoft Lumia 640 is powered with quad-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 chipset having Adreno 305 GPU; the 5-inch display device came out 1GB of RAM instead of 3GB RAM which was expected and 8GB internal storage capacity.

Notable features include 8MP rear camera, .9MP front snapper, Sunlight readability enhancements Double-tap to wake, Glance screen among others.

Meanwhile, Lumia 640 XL is equipped with same specifications and elite features but the only difference is its quite larger 5.7-inch display, the microSD supported model has power bank of 3,000 mAh to make it alive for longer time and extreme usage.

It has also expected that the larger handset has featured with Microsoft latest operating System Windows 10 which will absolutely give unique experience that users will never have.
