Video Shows Police Fatally Shoot Man In Downtown Los Angeles
The Los Angeles Police stormed a homeless man while shooting on Sunday when he trying to fight with police officers in down town and a camera eye captured this moment.
The onlooker told media that a homeless man, it believes as ‘African’ was on skid row and suddenly police arrived and asked him to hand over but in the result he try to fight with officers and shot fired by LAPD.
An eye witness took Facebook to post a video of Sunday’s gun fire which done by LAPD on a poor African homeless, police suddenly arrived and tried to grab him but in the result he strolled to escape while swinging arms but the police shot fired him at the spot.
Cmdr. Andrew Smith told media, a 911 call received transferred LAPD’s Central Division about a possible robbery and while responding officers arrived at described location and asked homeless to hand over but he refused and in the result it does.
Smith told officers tried to talk him but, “he began fighting and physically resisting the officers.” However in the response, police attempted to arrest him but some went unexpected. Suspect man performed resistance in act of police forces and fell him to the ground.
“At some point in there, a struggle over one of the officer’s weapons occurred. At that point an officer-involved shooting happened.”, Smith added.
He said a sergeant and two officers opened gunfire at the man which died at the moment and LAPD never done that time, had killed many times some suspects. The five-shot can be heard when we play video footage.
The protest had done on Sunday night towards dozens of homeless activists who gathered at close to Pershing Square and chanted slogans against the Los Angles police.
