3rd Test- 3Day; Pakistan vs Sri Lanka, Sri Lankan Lost 5 Wickets Playing 2nd Innings
Final test match of the Pakistan in Sri Lanka Test Series turns to end of its third day, being played at Pallekele International Cricket Stadium, in which Sri Lankan still playing second innings lead by 247 runs while its 5 wickets remaining.
Men in Green shirts lost all wickets making 215 runs in their first innings, in which Azhar Ali, Sarfraz Ahmed showed their best by playing responsible cricket.
Azhar scored 52 on 96 and Ahmed lost his wickets after scoring 78 runs on 104 balls, excluding not any other Pakistani batsman played well to carry good lead for rivals.
Men in Blue showed not bad not good by playing first innings, Dimuth Karunaratne played massive innings by scoring 130 runs on 230 balls and Upul Tharanga was second one ruled at wicket for hours scored 46.
Except these both, no one other couldn’t save their wickets facing Men in Green shirts as Rahat Ali, Yasir Shah stunned Sri Lankan batting line by taking 4, 4 wickets. However, Lahiru Thirimanne and Angelo Mathews both remained unsuccessful to gain more runs that time.
In second innings, Sri Lankan opener remained fail to face to Pakistani attackers Karunaratne lost his wicket by Rahat Ali and Ehsan Adil bowled Silva in start of the innings.
Nevertheless, Tharanga scored 48 playing well innings as opener went back to pavilion without scoring more, Yasir kicked out Tharanga while carrying out a magical ball which was impossible to stop.
Captain Mathews is still ruling at wicket by playing as responsible leader, until now, scored 73 on 170 and Dinesh Chandimal also playing with him as good partner, scored 38 on 44 balls. Chandimal and Mathews trying to create good leading score.
