Gunman Enters the NOS TV Station, Demands Live Coverage
Hilversum: A gunman stormed in NOS TV station, entered in control room and demanded to put him on air, has been arrested by Dutch police.
According to foreign news agency a suspect holding gun entered into studios of NOS, the national broadcaster of the Netherlands, TV station during a live show and demanded live coverage, has been detained by Dutch police following quick response.
Media reported that suspect entered into studio when a political program has been broadcasted, he has taken into hostages and then stormed in control room with baffling demand to go on air and threatened the staff that bombs exploded in various locations if they denied his demand.
The 19-year-old chemistry student, wearing black suit and tie teamed up with white shirt has claimed himself a member of Dutch intelligence agency, wanted live coverage while security guard of NOS moved his way into wrong studio where police ready to ambush, apprehended him and taken into jail.
Police authorities stated that investigations have been continued that what is his purpose to go on air and his other demands also investigated who is unknown to everyone. He has no relations with terrorist group and just do all at his own, they added.
