Imran Announces ‘Day of Mourning’ Over Killing of PTI Worker in Faisalabad
Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf chairman Imran Khan announced day of mourning on Tuesday over killing of PTI worker in Faisalabad shutdown.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has announced day of mourning on Tuesday as a party worker named Haq Nawaz has been killed in Faisalabad shutdown when an unidentified man opened fire on PTI rally on Monday afternoon, on that day all party activities have suspended by PTI.
Chairman of PTI Imran Khan called shutdown in the city great success for party as thousands of people gathered against government and rigged election to support the plan C, Imran announced on November 30 that party goes for shutdown in different city of Pakistan including Lahore, Faisalabad and Karachi.
A PTI worker Haq Nawaz was killed in the protest with firing of anonymous that has not identified yet, Namaz-e-Janaza of Nawaz has been offered in which hundreds of people including local and district leaders of PTI have participated, however, the central leadership did not attend the funeral.
An FIR has been filed in presence of victim’s brother against Minister of State for Water and Power Abid Sher Ali and former Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah among 300 people in local Police station.
