No Bail for Young US Couple Accused Of Attempting To Join Islamic State
A young couple the 22-year-old Muhammad Oda Dakhlalla and Jaelyn Delshaun Young 19 years old accused of attempting to join the Middle East’s dangerous terror group Islamic State.
On Saturday, police have taken then into their custody at early morning at a regional airport close to Columbus, Mississippi and registered a case against the couple.
However, before that the 19-year-old Jaelyn, who belonging to a small city in Mississippi was accused of trying to move towards Syria with aim to join Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. The young female reportedly appreciated the Chattanooga incident that shot dead five American servicemen.
Chattanooga is fourth-largest city in the U.S. state of Tennessee, while court hearing slated to launch on Tuesday for young accused Mississippi couple who detained while favoring the IS acts.
The allegations were registered on Saturday against a young female identified Jaelyn Delshaun, 19, and Muhammad Oda Dakhlalla, 22 and this time both are in police custody and investigation has been launched.
The US young couple reportedly charged with plotting to provide material supports to a Jihadist organization as well both trying to join the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant group.
FBI agent official confirmation, the couple admitted their acts as well as plot after the detention, though hearing on their arrest started on Monday and scheduled to carry on Tuesday.
Dakhlalla reportedly admitted, “I wish to be a mujahid akhi [holy warrior]. I am willing to fight. I want to be taught what it really means to have that heart in battle!”
Sid Salter, spokesman for Mississippi State University described regarding to record, Dakhlalla graduated in May with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and was registered till May as sophomore chemistry major, while later on— never enrolled for classes.
Nonetheless, after hearing the news, relatives of Dakhlalla appear to be shocked because they didn’t think like that, but now they has been helping the FBI to investigate the case.
