Rihanna To Pay Tribute To Lat Alexander Mcqueen’s Legacy

Pop star Rihanna to pay tribute to famous designer Alexander McQueen. Rihanna graces the cover of famous fashion magazine in which she pays tribute to the late designer, wearing black mask of McQueen in order to honour the fashion icon.

The photo that has been chosen as the cover photo for the magazine is the one in which Rihanna wears dark straight locks, blunt bangs and a black mask by McQueen.

This black and white photo of Rihanna will be featured as a cover photo in the upcoming issue of the magazine.

According to fashion news the picture which will be used as the cover photo of the magazine is basically part of the series documenting McQueen’s legacy, his work as appreciated in the world of fashion, film and music.

Furthermore the upcoming issue of the magazine will feature different work by McQueen, who passed away in February of 2010.

The magazine will feature pieces from Mcqueen’s work which were thought to be lost or were never photographed before.

Alexander McQueen was a famous British designer who was the head designer of the Louis Vuitton Givenchy fashion line, before starting his own mens’ wear line in 2004. He has been honoured with number of awards and his work has been acclaimed worldwide.

He earned the British Fashion Council’s British Designer of the Year award four times, and was named Commander of the Order of the British Empire. McQueen committed suicide in 2010, shortly after the death of his mother.

McQueen came from a simple working class family. He rose from the lower class family and earned the title of world renowned designer.

His bold designs and cuts with fascination fashion shows have wowed the world of fashion. His presence will be missed in the fashion industry.
