Filmfare Awards: Queen Wins Best Film, Kangana & Shahid Bag Best Actor
Mumbai: Vikas Bahl directorial Queen ruled the Filmfare Awards with awards in six categories while Kangana Ranaut and Shahid Kapoor grabbed the best actor awards.
According to Indian media 60th Britannia Filmfare Awards held in Mumbai on Saturday with gleeful attractive and gorgeous Bollywood celebrities joined the ceremony, Kangana Ranaut starrer Queen ruled the Filfare with six awards while the director Vikas Bahl bagged the awards of best director.
Queen lead actress Kangana Ranaut grabbed the best actress award while the handsome Shahid Kapoor has received the best actor award for his acting in Vishal Bhardwaj’s Shakespearean drama Haider which left runner-up with five awards.
Pakistani actor holds the best debut male award for Khoobsurat opposite Sonam Kapoor, the best debut female goes to Kriti Sanon for Heropanti.
Shahrukh Khan’s Happy New Year, Priyanka Chopra’s Mary Kom, Saif Ali Khan’s Happy Ending have not managed to name any award unfortunately.
