Former Indian President Abdul Kalam Passed Away Monday Evening

The Former President Avul Pakir Jainulabdeen (APJ) known as Abdul Kalam paased away on Monday evening, during a lecture to students collapsed at the Indian Institute of Management Shillong.

He was the 11th President of India from 2002 to 2007, lost his breath when laid down on bed into the ICU of Bethany hospital nearly at 6.30 pm, before death, and remained in a critical condition.

Kalam was born on 15 October 1931, who would have turned 84 in October— reportedly suffered a massive cardiac arrest during the lecture to the students of business school in Shillong, died at 7.45 pm.

His made sorrowful whole Indian as performed responsible acts for the country, called India’s ‘Missile Man’ just because of his work on the development of ballistic missile and launch vehicle technology as was a talented scientist who turned politician because he want to do much more for his homeland.

Mr. Kalam’s one of the friends, Meghalaya Governor V Shanmughanathan shocked after the hearing the news of his massive cardiac arrest, rushed to the ICU of Bethany hospital, told media that after hard struggles doctors remained unsuccessful to save his life.

Nevertheless, Chief Secretary PBO Warjiri addressed reporters in front of the hospital, asked Union Home Secretary LC Goyal to launch the needed arrangements for carrying Kalam’s dead body from Guwahati to Delhi on Tuesday morning.

On the other hand, the Indian government has announced a seven-day national mourning. He wanted to see India at top of the well-developed countries ranking, hence being a scientist, paid huge attention while working in the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) and Defence Research-Development Organisation (DRDO), even remained fully interested in India’s civilian space program and military missile development efforts.

Kalam’s services will be remembered because he appeared one of the best and honest politician for the country.
