North Korea’s Internet Connections Restored Over Sony Pictures Hacking
Washington: North Korea’ internet connection were went down on Monday and then cut off on Tuesday, restored after 10 hours outage.
According to International media North Korea official internet access has been restored on Tuesday after 10 hours blackout, following intense controversy between Korea and United States over Sony Pictures hacking.
US based Dyn Research in Hanover, has stated that all of four official internet connections of North Nigeria which path through China, experience sudden fluctuations went down on Monday and completely cut-off on Tuesday, have been restored now.
Director of Dyn Research, Doug Madory said ‘I don’t know that someone is launching a cyber-attack against North Korea, but this isn’t normal for them, this is not like anything I’ve seen before’.
The actual reasons of restoring links has not been revealed yet that either it was due to fluctuations problem or has any connection with the cyber attack on the US Sony Pictures.
Earlier, on Friday US president Barack Obama vowed that they will find the factors behind Cyber attack accused that North Korea has involved in Sony Pictures hack while this statement led to intense situation between both countries.
