PM Nawaz Sharif CM Shehbaz Sharif Free From Ittefaq Foundry Case
Rawalpindi: court released Nawaz Sharif, Shehbaz Sharif, their late father, brother and all partners with honor.
The judge of court number three has released the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Punjab minister Shehbaz Sharif, their late father Mian Muhammad Sharif, brother Abbas Sharif and their all partners with honor in reference to Ittefaq Industry. Court has denied the request of chairman NAB to reopen the reference of Ittefaq foundry.
The court declared that the Ittefaq foundry reference based on Lie and politically motivated whose have no evidence. Sharif family and National bank has no dispute about loan transactions, so after that the court released all victims named in reference with respect.
In 2001, the Ittefaq foundry reference made by former Parvez Musharaf governments regime in which charged that Sharif family took loan more than 1 billion from National bank and didn’t return to bank.
Ittefaq foundry was set up in 1982. In 2000, the NAB has filed a reference against owners of Ittefaq foundries Mian Sharif, chief minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, and other family members for not paying loan back to bank.
When they didn’t pay loan back, Later on, NAB had arrested Ittefaq foundries director Dr Mukhtar who was the guarantor for loan. After the court ordered to NAB to release the Director, then he approached to SC but that was not also profitable for NAB.
Nawaz Sharif is the present Prime Minister of Pakistan and his brother Shehbaz Sharif is the minister of Punjab.
Now a day, Imran khan, a politician filed a case against Sharirf brothers for rigging in election of 2013 and that was proving step by step by judicial commission.
Ittefaq foundry case, after many years came to its end and court released its all owners with respect.
