Islamic State (ISIS or ISIL) has turned its hand to human organ trafficking to fund terror across the Middle East, it has been claimed.

The jihadist group or notorious militant group ISIS or ISIL has generated $2 million in a year to support its criminal, heinous terrorist activities through variety of shadowy illegal businesses including oil production, human trafficking, drug smuggling and now organ trafficking.

However, it has been recently revealed in a report by CNN that the ISIS has been recruiting professional foreign doctors to harvest and smuggle the internal organs not from the bodies of the dead militants only but from the bodies of living persons including children and young people kidnapped from surroundings.

Once these organs are collected they are sold in neighboring countries like Saudia Arabia and Turkey in black market at profitable rates.

This shocking news was revealed in a report by al-monitor, news website by an ENT doctor of Iraq named Siruwan al-Mosuli.

According to Al-Mosuli ISIS commandos have hired foreign doctors who help them to smuggle human organs from a hospital in the northern Iraq, this has already began to generate huge profits for ISIS.

It’s further reported that the terror organisation has even set up a separate division for smuggling of human organs on the profitable rate in international black market.

According to the UN envoy in Iraq, Mohamed Alhakim,”Some of the bodies we found are mutilated … that means some parts are missing”. “These are in fact crimes of genocide committed against humanity that must be held accountable before international justice,” Alhakim added.

It is to be noted that all the heinous and brutal tactics adopted by ISIS are increasing day by and making it more powerful.

It’s high time that UN urge countries of the world to stand united against this rising terrorist group.
