Israeli Supreme Court Orders to Demolish Jewish Settlement Outposts
Gaza: Supreme Court of Israel has ordered the authorities to demolish the illegal settlement of Amona in the West bank within two years.
According to international media Israeli Supreme Court has stated to raze and relocate the hilltop outposts of Amona from the West Bank, the court ruled the decision on Thursday which has been broadcasted on Friday through Israeli local media.
The decision of demolition has been announced by Supreme Court president Supreme Court President Asher Grunis after unanimous opinion of a panel of 3 judges, he wrote comments that it is difficult to demolish any populated area but law cannot be justified with these difficulties.
Amona outpost, had been established in 1995 without permission of Israel government, is the largest of the illegal hilltop in the West Bank and was constructed on privately owned Palestine land with nearly 50 residents in it.
It is reported that international community also considers the outposts of Amona built in the West Bank without government authorization to be illegal; however, it is likely that Israeli authorities would send security personnel to demolish the hilltop.
