British Newspaper Claims of Reham Khan’s Fake Journalism Degree
A British newspaper has published a report on Wednesday, in which it mentioned that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman’s wife Reham Khan hired a fake Journalism Degree after observing her educational qualifications.
Nevertheless, British Pakistani journalist wrote on her own official website that she gained a postgraduate course in Broadcast Journalism at North Lindsay College which is located in Scunthorpe, Lincolnshire, and after that joined BBC channel.
Reham mentioned on her website, “I have obtained my degree in Broadcast Journalism from North Lindsey College,”.
On the other hand, after the little investigation, it came out that she didn’t take admission in the North Lindsay College and institute never offered such course.
The 42-year-old lady who has been pretending that she is qualified and it is first news about Reham which revealed by British newspaper— saying, “Reham Khan has not been truthful about her qualification,”.
However, North Lindsay College has confirmed by describing that they have never registered any student by the name ‘Reham Khan’ and the news is flying high on Pakistani media.
Spokesperson of North Lindsay College confirmed, “We do not have anyone by those names or date of birth having attended this college. We have never done a degree in broadcast journalism.”
Pakistani media trying to address Reham, but she has been ignoring reporters calls, while Nazia Rabbani who is a PTI leader has refused media reports by saying that Reham will soon clarify the issue.
Muhammad Asif aka who is better known as DJ Butt and gained huge popularity while proving music services during the PTI’s protests in Islamabad previous year, described a false propaganda is being carried out to scandalized Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s leader not anymore.
Reham is working nowadays on Pakistani private television channel as anchor but her fake degree would be bad for her future.
