Lahore High Court Rejects Filed Petition for Imran Khan’s Disqualification
Lahore: The High Court of Lahore had rejected the filed-petition for disqualification of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s chairperson Imran Khan.
The advocate Rana Ilmul Din Ghazi had filed the petition in Lahore High Court for disqualification of PTI’s leader Imran Khan and the hearing of this plead had done today, in which the opposition attorney argued that Khan had hid some facts in submitted nomination papers and according to law, does not meet the Article 62 and 63.
Advocate Din Ghazi also accused that the PTI leader Khan also played a main role to mislead the Pakistani people while addressing with people in his all public congregations in many cities of Pakistan till now.
Mr. Din Ghazi demonstrated that the constitution never allowed any liar person to become the member of National Assembly of Pakistan—therefore, he demanded court disqualification of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s chairperson Imran Khan.
However, after hearing the court had declared the qualified Khan while rejecting the filed-plead which submitted by the opposition party of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf to create the hurdle in way of Khan’s party.
The all opposition parties of Tehreek-e-Insaf are trying to make weak their position as the party has great number of followers and that thing becoming disturbing for rivals. Khan looks confident all the time because the people of Pakistan supporting his party and want the establishment of Khan’s party because they all have strong believe in PTI.
On the other hand the former governor of Pakistan Choudry Mohammad Sarwar has announced his resign from the post and joined the PTI days after the resignation. After joining PTI, Mohammad Sarwar has also declared that he wasn’t satisfied with illegal acts of current government but satisfy with the PTI struggles as they trying to save the nation.
