Islamabad: Pakistan Federal Capital court has issued non-bail able arrest warrants against Khateeb of Lal Masjid Maulana Abdul Aziz.

According to Pakistani media court of federal capital has issued non-bail able arrest warrants against Lal Masjid cleric Maulana Abdul Aziz over death threats to civil society protesters outside the mosque, Senior Civil Judge Saqib Jawad has instructed the police to arrest him.

The Lal Masjid cleric has denied the accusation stated them insignificant, stated that his case is very small and even a sub-inspector can grant me bail but decided to not gave arrest of him.

Maulana Abdul Aziz has been accused of threatening the civil society members, protesting in front of Lal Masjid over Maulana statement in which he said that he didn’t condemn the killings of children in Peshawar massacre done by Taliban militants.

Earlier, last week Taliban stormed the army school of Peshawar and killed 141 including 132 innocent children which left sad all of Pakistanis and outraged emotions against Taliban militants.
